Description: The fruits are acrid, analgesic, anthelmintic, antiinflammatory, antiperiodic, antiseptic, astringent, bitter, blood purifier, constipative, diuretic, febrifuge and thermogenic. Useful in leucoderma, leprosy, scrofula and other skin diseases.
Recommended Dosage: Fruit : 1 to 3 g powder of dried fruit; Bark : 3 to 6 g of dried bark.
Contraindication: This herb is not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
