PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: As economic progress and globalization spread, so do waistlines. An unreleased study done by Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) notes that 48.6% of women and 35.5% of men in urban areas are obese. Obesity is an excess of body fat, frequently resulting in a significant impairment of health. It results when there is an imbalance between energy intake and energy expenditure. Obesity is intimately linked with a disturbing urban escalation in cardiovascular diseases, osteoarthritis, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, stroke, insomnia and hypertension. It is a wrong belief that obesity is an adult problem. It can become evident at any age, but makes its first appearance in school age.

Obelin is a herbal slimming capsule that helps in reducing obesity without any side-effects that are normally associated with various weight loss techniques, and helps in controlling and normalizing the appetite and providing a satisfying feeling so that one does not feel constantly hungry. It dissolves the excess fat gradually. Dietary fads and reducing diets that produce quick results without effort are of doubtful effectiveness in reducing body weight and keeping it down, and most are actually deleterious to health.

COMPOSITION :
 
Each 500 mg. capsule contains:
Dolichos biflorus (Kulthi) 40 mg.
Armenian Bole (Gile Armani) 40 mg.
Cateria lacca Purified (Lakh) 40 mg.
Asphaltum (Shilajit) 40 mg.
Crataeva nurvula (Varun ) 40 mg.
Foeniculum vulgare (Saunf) 100 mg.
Ptychotis ajowan (Ajwain) 100 mg.
Carum carvi (Kala Jira) 100 mg.

INDICATIONS : In obesity, controls and normalizes appetite, regulates the metabolism of fats and reduces bad cholesterol.

CONTRAINDICATIONS : During pregnancy and renal failure.

SIDE EFFECTS : None

DOSAGE : 2 capsules twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

DIETARY ADVICE : Follow a low calorie diet and exercising every day for at least 30 minutes can help you to further lose weight. Avoid intake of too much salt and instead of 2 meals during the day, try to eat 4-5 small mini-meals spaced 2-3 hours apart during the day, but try not to eat after 8.00pm. Increase the quantity of fruits, vegetables and dietary fibers, whole-wheat flour, cereals, brown rice, beans and oatmeal in the diet. Avoid rice, potato, chocolates, alcohol, ice creams, cheese, sweets, and butter. Replace whole milk with skimmed milk or low fat milk. Avoid stress and tension.
