Persons most commonly affected: All age groups and both sexes but specially women and more common in those aged 30 to 50 years.

Symptoms and indications: Pain and aches in various parts of the body.

Causes and risk factors: Commonly caused by a calcium and magnesium imbalance and/or a vitamin E deficiency. Anemia, arthritis, and even arteriosclerosis.

Prevention: Fresh air, deep breathing and outdoor exercises. Dampness and extreme cold should be avoided
