Prevention: Avoid foods containing saturated fats (butter, cheese, fatty meats, etc.), eggs, excess salt, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. Avoid smoking. Eat more of green vegetables, oily fish, olives, garlic, carrots, and amla. Do regular physical exercise and avoid stress and tension.
