2 capsules twice daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water. Do not exceed recommended dosage. For best results use regularly for at least 5-6 months. Results will vary person to person.
Follow a low calorie diet and exercising every day for at least 30 minutes can help you to further lose weight. Always take morning breakfast and drink at least 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid intake of too much salt and instead of 2 meals during the day, try to eat 4-5 small mini-meals spaced 2-3 hours apart during the day, but try not to eat after 8.00pm.
